There was no light in the hotel on 21 July from 9pm till midnight maintenance is not good lift was not working and room keys also bad experience

Location, hygiene food view and very welcoming professional staff
electricity blackout for 3 hours resulting in no Ac and no water for 3 hours and when it came back ac and water were back but no hot water for more hours causing discomfort.
